I used a rotisserie chicken, added red grapes , celery and walnuts and served on a croissant roll.  It was delicious  and so easy. Its too hot to use the oven. I used a stock photo because I ate it before deciding to post 😄

@simplyfriends Looks delicious! I make a very similar recipe, except I don't use celery (just don't like it), and use pecans instead of walnuts. I also add about half a pack of taco seasoning...really kicks up the flavor, but doesn't add any "heat".

Chicken salad is one of my favorite things.

@vermint   I seasoned mine with Spike.  Have you tried Spike seasoning?  It's been a family favorite for many years.  The taco seasoning also sounds yummy.

Stock photo or not it looks great and you made the right decision in eating first in my opinion!!!

Looks so good and pretty!  We make tuna or chicken salad with chopped apple, celery, a little finely minced onion and lemon or lime juice and a drop or two of olive oil.  We usually eat that on greens!

I love fruit filled salads like that!  Your picture makes me want some.

Thanks for all your comments on my chicken salad recipe.  You are all very kind 🩷

I used the rest of my grapes to make a grab and go sweet treat - wash the grapes, drizzle with lemon juice, roll in sugar and freeze.  Very refreshing!
