@LizzieInSRQ   That might the the one!  Thanks.  Have you used it?

I havent used it yet. I currently use Splenda brown sugar 50/50 ( which is not totally sugar free but delicious). But i am thinking for my next purchase to try Swerve.

@Mom2Dogs  Could it be RxSugar?  If it is, you'll see that's the brand name as well.  The actual product is Allulose.  Shop around for pricing.

@JeanLouiseFinch   That name is not familiar.

@haddon9  Sounds like fructose instead of sugar.  Neither are great for you.  But fructose is a little better over the cane sugar.  So far, that's all that they can come up with.  Some fruit are saturated with fructose.  Others, only a little bit. Veggies have it too.  The nutrition you get from fruit way over rides any negative damage from fructose. To avoid a lot of fructose, you should not be drinking juice of fruit and vegetable.  Better eating the whole fruit.

This thread is what made me think it could be, since you posted your interest.  🤷‍♀️

@songbird   Monk fruit has zero carbs and calories and is very keto friendly.

I looked this up..."Monk fruit contains natural sugars, mainly fructose and glucose. However, unlike in most fruits, the natural sugars in monk fruit aren't responsible for its sweetness. Instead, it gets its intense sweetness from unique antioxidants called mogrosides.

Monk fruit sweetener, or extract, is made by removing the skin and seeds from the fruit, then crushing the fruit to collect the juice. The juice is then dried into a concentrated powder.

This extract can be used to sweeten other foods and beverages. During processing to create monk fruit extract or sweetener, the mogrosides are separated from the fresh juice, leaving the sweetener free of fructose and glucose. (This is how sugar could be making you sick.)

Because it’s many times sweeter than sugar, small amounts of monk fruit extract are needed to sweeten a food—so small that it doesn’t add any calories."

I don't think anyone has mentioned purecane. That's what I've found tastes the best. They have a version for baking and for sweetening drinks or anything you want. I use it in my tea and I can't tell it's not sugar.

@Renata22 Isn't that basically like stevia except process from sugar cane plants?  That is what I get from what I've read.
