Well, we're going to order some, he's got his chocolate thing going on. I've found a few on line, not sure I'll make any, he did get some at Fanny Farmer. Boy was that expensive. So here I am again, asking if anyone has a recipe if you have diabetes or are restricting your intake of sugar.

Try Googling "Paleo Fudge" "Paleo Sweets" "Paleo Chocolate".
I don't eat any sugars or honey or any caloric sweeteners, but I do use Stevia and Truvia to sweeten foods.
I think it will depend on what ingredients foods contain that cause blood sugar spikes whether the recipes will be useful for you or not.
I do know that dark chocolate is good for most people, unsweetened, in small amounts.
Sometimes I melt extra dark chocolate bits and add raw unsalted nuts and Stevia, and these "clusters" really are pretty good.
