Sugar-Free Desserts

Does anyone have any favorite sugar-free recipes for holiday candy and desserts? My mom is a diabetic, and I would really like to make her some special treats this holiday. I know there are several websites that have recipes, but I thought if anyone had one that they make every year, I would rather try one that comes recommended. Merry Christmas everyone!!
