Stuffef pork tenderloin recipe

Does anyone have a "tried and true" recipe for this? I'm thinking of switching up my Christmas 🎄 menu from turkey and ham to make life easier on myself! Lol! 😅 Also, if you have a recipe, what sides do you serve with it? TIA

I found this one in my stash.  I haven't made it so not sure how good.  Good luck if you decide to try it.  Since it has bold flavors I would have mashed potatoes and green beans with sliced almonds or something like that.
