There are some videos on Youtube that might help you out.

Give it a try. Just search Streusel recipes.

Use cold butter. DH puts the butter in the freezer when he make biscuits etc.

I would use one of those pie thingies lol that u used to cut the butter into the flour. That way your hands don’t make your mixture warm. That’s what I do works every time. Good luck. Also cut your butter into small pieces before you start. It will go quickly. And I bake a lot of bread.

I also use oatmeal for fruit toppings or bread toppings, but not like zucchini or pumpkin bread.
