Strawberry Salad with Poppyseed Dressing

Sauce:
1 Tbsp. poppyseeds
1/4 cup half and half
3/4 cup Miracle Whip
2 Tbsp. vinegar
3/4 cup sugar

Salad Mix:
Spinach leaves
Fresh ripe strawberries
Thinly sliced red onion, to taste

Apply dressing when ready to serve; toss lightly.
