Strawberry Cream Bavarian
1 (3 ounce) pkg. strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water
1 (8 ounce) carton strawberry yogurt
4 cups sliced fresh strawberries
6 tablespoons sugar
1 pint real whipping cream....whipped
1 baked angel food cake
Dissolve jello in boiling water. Chill til it's the consistency of unbeaten egg whites. Whip til frothy. Fold in yogurt. Add strawberries sweetened with 6 tablespoons sugar. Fold in whipped cream. Break cake into small pieces (about 1 inch) and add to mixture. Pour into spring form pan. Refrigerate for several hours or overnight. To serve, unfold and garnish with whipped cream and strawberries.
