Strawberry Cheese Cake

Crust

1 cup vanilla wafers...crushed

1/2 cup of toasted chopped almonds

1/4 cup melted butter

Mix and press into 9" square pan. Then press sliced strawberries around sides and bottom.

Filling

12oz. white chocolate...chop and melt in double boiler, cool slightly

4 oz. cream cheese

1/4 cup frozen orange juice

1/4 cup white sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

2 cups whipping cream

Beat cream cheese and sugar, add orange juice and vanilla, slowly beat in white chocolate. Whip cream. Stir 1/3 of whipping cream into chocolate mixture. Fold in remainder of whipping cream til fluffy. Pour over crust/berries.
Decorate the top with strawberries. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
