If any of you gals make homemade fresh pasta, I would like to know how to store it for a day or so (covered in fridge?) I saw it made on Cooks Country but they did not discuss storage, or make-ahead instructions. I cannot find tagliatelle here in central Florida and would like to make it. Any suggestions will be appreciated!
I enjoy that show, but when you go to the website to get the written recipe, you cannot get it unless you are a "member" (for a fee) and can only watch a video (same as the TV show). As far as I know, this is the only cooking show that does this. So I NEVER delete a show until I have hand-copied the recipe. Aside from that, I really enjoy the show.
