Sticky Wings

24 chicken whole wings

3/4 c Italian Dressing

1 c apricot or peach preserves

1 T hot sauce (optional)

Cut off the tips of the wings and cut the flat and drummy into 2 parts. Mix the Italian dressing, preserves and hot sauce together. Put the chicken wings in a plastic bag, then pour 1/2 of the marinade over the wings. Let set for 3-24 hours in the refrigerator. Cover the other 1/2 of marinade and refrigerate for later.

Take wings out of marinade and throw the marinade away. Grill or broil the chicken wings until done. Brush them with the other 1/2 of the marinade you saved.
