Stew With A Twist

 

1 1/2 lbs. of stew beef

1/2 lb. of smoked sausage

1/2 onion... chopped

4 potatoes... cubed

1/2 cup of carrots,,,diced

1 (28-oz.) can of barbecue baked beans

 

Place stew beef, sausage, onion, potatoes and carrots in CrockPot. Mix well. Spoon bake beans over top. Cover and cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours or high setting 4 to 5 hours.
