@Twins Mom ....that was the problem I had!  So frustrating...I had a big craving for the cookies and grocery store didn't even have any.

 

I did see a recipe calling for cream cheese, I know my recipe did not use that ingredient.  I wonder if the cream cheese makes the dough a bit more 'sturdy'.... I can't think of a better word at the moment!!
