Thanks for your help everyone! I love carrots and will probably eventually try all of them. I have made Copper Pennies many times!

 

@sundrops - I made your recipe tonight. With all of the food there, at the end of the night, your carrots were completely gone! They were perfect to go with my main dish and everyone loved them! Smiley Happy
