2 lbs Jumbo shrimp (shells on)
1 T. crushed garlic
2 t. cayenne pepper
1 t. dried oregano
1 t. dried thyme
1/2 t. paprika
1 t. seasoned salt
1/4 c. canola oil
4 T. butter (not margarine - use real)
Directions
*Combine the shrimp, garlic, cayenne pepper, oregano, thyme, paprika and seasoned salt in a large bowl, tossing to coat shrimp completely.
*Heat the oil and butter in a large sauté pan or skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp and sauté, tossing frequently until just pink. Serve on a large platter.
