My sweet dil made me these for Mothers Day. I don't know if I will use it all, but I appreciate her for all the work it took her to do this.

THANKS!  I'm not very advnturous when it comes to spicy so this chart Really helps.  Now I have an idea of what various blends contain and I can tweek things to 'Do-able"  and work my way up.  Thanks again!

Here is another I use all the time. Especially sprinkled in EVOO to dip bread or raw vegetables.

 

Spice of Life

 

1 tsp crushed red pepper           

1 tsp parsley flakes

1 tsp ground black pepper         

1 tsp dried, granulated garlic

1 tsp dried oregano       

1 tsp dried, minced garlic

1 tsp dried rosemary    

1 tsp sea salt

1 tsp dried basil
