Southern Cuppa Cuppa Cake

1 cup self-rising flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup fruit cocktail with syrup
1 tsp. baking powder
2 tbs. melted butter
pinch of salt

Mix all ingredients by hand in an 8" square baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes, until brown and bubble. Serve with vanilla ice cream.
