I tried this recipe for dinner tonite, it's called boboti. It was on Weight Watchers site, but there is nothing diety at all about this. It is so rich tasting! The meat, the raisins, veggies, chutney and the custard that holds it together, mmmm. The combination of spices is fantastic! I wouldn't change a thing about the spices. The only thing I did change was, I didn't have wine on hand so I added a tad more milk to make up for the missing wine liquidwise. I also baked it in an 8 inch square pyrex dish and I would reccomend this for easier serving and for it to hold together better. This is one of the best things I've made in a long time!
