@Flatbush   Cottage cheese + cinnamom= a delicious combo! Have you ever spread that cinnamon/cottage cheese onto a piece of cinnamon raisin toast? Its so good! Smiley Happy

@Flatbush  Yes indeed- its a recipe from a Richard Simmons Deal a Meal cookbook that I bought a while back for healthy recipes so I can't take all of the credit for it  Smiley HappyHeart.  It really is delicious and so nutricious Smiley Happy.
