Mfc, you are my hero! Our diet is comprised of chicken, Turkey and fish, so I pay close attention to recipes concerning any of these! I have a question for you: how do you keep track and organize your recipes? A couple of months ago, I bought this CD/DVD that was presented by our esteemed David Veneble....this thing does it all from keeping track of recipes, to storing them, to adjusting quantities of actual recipes....alas, I am not a "techie". I bought the darned thing but am afraid to use it! Thankfully, my son has an infinite amount of patience in helping his old fossil mom figure out computer related things! Have a great day![]()

Ah my friend @Poodlepet2 since I (clearly) subscribe to so many sites I file their individual recipe blasts in individual folders in my email when they send one or two recipes (chicken/veggies/casseroles/etc.) and for those that I receive that are multi-recipe I have a folder for those as well (occasionally breaking out recipes that really speak to me but I want to make sure I can go back and search through the link).
I keep all of my recipes in my email as for me that is the most efficient way of filing them for future use.

@Poodlepet2***I had a delicious turkey dish at a friend's one night. They had the butcher slice a turkey breast into steaks about 1/2 an inch. Overnight they marinated in soy sauce, worcheschire sauce, and a little wine. They patted them dry and grilled them! All I can say is WOW! So different!
When I did it, I added pineapple red bell pepper, squash, and fresh brussel sprouts which were grilled beside and brushed with the maranade except for the last ten minutes on each side of course.

I've posted this before. It's one of my favorite ways to make chicken.
I mainly use boneless/skinless thighs but have bought them with the bone in and skin on, trimming off as much fat as possible.
Dip chicken in beaten egg(s) (depending on how many thighs you make)
Dredge in Italian seasoned bread crumbs
Springle Paul Prodhomme poultry seasoning or any brand
put a dab of margarine on the thighs.
Bake at 350 degrees for half an hour or until golden color
You can also do breasts this way as well. It's always a winner in my home.

Hi @momtochloe,
I spent quite a long time going through the recipes in the delish link that you kindly provided here, and bookmarked many of these yummy-looking recipes!
Oh my, my mouth was watering while I was reading through them!! ![]()
Do you have any favorites out of any of them, that you have had a chance to try yet?
I would like to try the "Ranch chicken," and the "Honey garlic chicken" to start with. There are so many good-looking recipes in the link.
Thanks for sharing it with us. ![]()
