Snow Ice Cream

I remember making this with my children in the 60's and 70's

Large pan of freshly fallen snow - Beat together 2 Large or 3 small eggs, 1/2 cup sugar

1/4 cup milk or cream, pinch of salt, 1 tbsp of vanilla. Stir in snow until thick and pour

in container and freeze.
