Beat 2 min: 1 cup BUTTER

1-1/2 cup sugar

Add: 2 eggs, beat again

Add: 2-3/4 cup flour

2 tsp. cream of tartar

1 tsp. baking soda

1/2 tsp. salt

Roll into balls, size of large marble. roll each ball into a mix of 4 tsp. of cinnamon and 1/4 cup of sugar. Bake at 400 deg. oven till edges are slightly brown. Cookies will come out completely round by themselves.
