1/4 cup mayonnaise

2 T. mango chutney

8 slices pumpernickle bread

6 oz. thinly sliced smoked turkey breast

1 1/4 cups thinly sliced English cucumber

2 cups alfalfa sprouts

12 grape tomatoes

Combine may and chutney in a small bowl. Divide and spread mixture on 4 slices of the bread. Layer the cucumber, turkey, and sprouts over the top. Cover each sandwich with remaining bread. Serve with tomatoes
