BTW, I made that chicken recipe this week, was very nice.  I added a touch of crumbled Bleu cheese after it was done...I felt it might go nicely with the balsamic marinade. Nice touch.

I also made that Greek spaghetti, someone posted on the recipe game...really liked that!!

@Dazlin Yes, I do have the oblong shape slow cooker.  I don't see why you couldn't fill the entire pepper to fit more in your round slow cooker.  I actually only take a small top portion off of my peppers before filling.   Is your traditional crock pot an older one, or is it newer but just round shaped?   The reason I ask is that the older slow cookers/crockpots tend to not heat as high as the newer ones.  If it's an older type, I would keep an eye on the peppers in regard to the cooking time.

I have been craving stuffed peppers for a while but didn't want to go through the old fashioned process, love this!

Do you have the site where you found the recipe, I'd like to print it out.  I found a similar recipe on Eating on a Dime but with some changes.

@rockygems123   Yes, that is the same site for the recipe.  I did slightly tweak the recipe, as I have written, for my own personal preferences.

Thanks @ciao_bella I like your recipe better!  The paprika will add a lot....we grew up with stuffed peppers as my mother was Hungarian & Yugoslavian, wouldn't ever consider it without lol.

And really like the extra sauce, I tend to do that with recipes too.

Thank you for the recipe @ciao_bella  my cousin & I were just talking about adding stuffed peppers to our cooking marathon. We love them hopefully this recipe isn't to spicy🤞🏻
