Today was the first time I used a liner in my slow cooker ...what a pleasure.  I'm now actually looking forward to slow cooker recipes over the winter.  The cleanup was something I dreaded - so I didn't use the pot too often.

I made a batch of smoked sausage / sauerkraut / cabbage / beer.  Usually a mess to clean up.

I'm going to have to use the liner on my next cherry dump cake.  Love the cake but it's leaves a mess in the cooker.  Liner will solve that!

Love them too now just wish they made them in larger sizes like for the Nescos. They are a PITA to wash.

@ALRATIBA - I have been using these liners for over 10 years now and just love them.  I use them in my Ninja 4 in 1 often when I  slow cook.  They are great when making ribs, BBQ chicken, etc. with a sweet sticky sauce.  No cleanup!!!  Even though my Ninja has a good non-stick coating, who wants to clean the insert when you don't have to. One of the best cooking items made!!!!

@wagirl

I've subscribed to them from Amazon ... I'll get a box of liners every two months.  I use the slow cooker a lot over the winter (soups and stews) ... and cleanup was such a chore!

@Some good fall cooking there @ALRATIBA. I use a liner for cheesy hash browns but that is about it.

I use Reynolds Oven Bag. They come in several sizes, large enough for a 16 lb turkey. I find they are thicker and sturdier than the crock pot liner bags. During holidays with large crowd at mealtime, I make mashed potatoes hours ahead of time on stove and put mashed potatoes in oven bag, place small amount of water in crock pot and then oven bag filled with potatoes. Turn crock pot to warm and they stay fresh for hours.

You have sold me.  DH emptied the pot roast out of the slow cooker liner that was in the frig.  Did he rinse it out?  Of course not.  It sits in the dishwasher right now, and I'm sure I'll have to re-wash it by hand when the cycle is over.
