Okay people ! I followed the suggestions on here and bought an extra cake mix.....added 6 tablespoons of it to my smaller cake mix.....and the cake overflowed while baking right out of the 9x13 pan onto the bottom of the oven! Have never had that happen before! Had no dessert to take to our Easter gathering. ☹️ I will stick to making pies or if using a mix, make cupcakes or settle for a flat cake!
