I was looking for a way to use up peanut butter after my brief craving, and found this recipe on The Blue Jean Chef's website.  It was very good, and I added cilantro, because I like it and I had some. Check it out.

I make a similar recipe that comes from my SIL's collection:

6 tbsp sesame seeds (I bought a bag of pre-toasted at Amazon)

6 tbsp peanut butter (I prefer chunky)

1 tbsp minced garlic

1 1/2 tbsp grated ginger

1/2 cup soy sauce

3 tbsp rice vinegar

1 1/2 tsp hot sauce

3 tbsp brown sugar

1 1/2 tbsp salt

12 oz spaghetti noodles

2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

4 green onions, thinly-sliced

1 carrot, grated

Stir sesame seeds in skillet over medium heat for 10 minutes.  Set aside 1 1/2 tbsp for serving.  Puree 4 1/2 tbsp seeds, peanut butter, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, vinegar, hot sauce, and sugar in blender for 30 seconds.  Add 5 tbsp hot water a tbsp at a time to running blender until thick, but pourable.

Cook spaghetti in 6 qts boiling and salted water until tender.  Drain and toss with sesame oil.  Toss in onions and carrots.  Sprinkle individual servings with reserved sesame seeds.
