My favorite sangria was always the kind they had in Portuguese restaurants.  Warning: It is very potent.

 

Restaurant Style Sangria

 

750 ml dry red wine

1 cup orange juice

1/2 cup tequila

1/4 cup triple sec 

3 TBSP super fine sugar

Float apple and orange slices 

 

This is a lighter sangria with white wine.  Perfect for summer.

 

Orange Sangria

 

2 - 750 ml Pinot Grigio

1/2 cup sugar 

1 cup orange juice

1/2 cup triple sec

1/2 cup brandy 

1/2 cup peach Schnapps

12 oz. Sprite

Float orange slices

So many good recipes in this thread. I have to make a batch, but I'd need a drinking buddy to finish it. Does if keep in the refrigerator?
