Is very, very good. I finally had leftover pork loin and voila! Recipe was waiting to be tried. Will make it again and again. Thank you for posting. Please do a search for the recipe. I use an IPad and just don't post anymore because of that.....format is jumbled and too many comments from the grumpies!!! But surely it is worth a search for it. Thank you Sabitini. Cece
