Feel free to adjust spices to your own heat levels.
2 T vegetable oil
1 cup lightly salted peanuts
1 cup light salted cashews
1 T chili powder
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1 T sugar
Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium heat. When oil is hot add the nuts, chili powder, cayenne and mix thoroughly. Remove from heat and sitr in sugar well. Let cool slightly.
