Not sure if we're watching, how much, or not at all. We gave up on the NFL and haven't watch any games in a couple of years. Even so, I had planned on Buffalo wings, celery & bleu cheese dressing, and leftover broccoli-cauliflower salad that I'm making Thursday.

I totally understand your pov...mine is similar. My dh and family will watch football games at our house and I will do other things.
What do you put in your broccoli and cauliflower salad? I make a version that has broccoli, cauliflower, onions, peas, cheddar chunks, shredded parmesan, bacon pcs and I use mayo for the dressing and a bit of black pepper.

Of course we will be watching. I will watch at home with little snacks heated in the oven. Husband will watch at his club. My team isn't playing unfortunately. I went to the second SB when it was called AFL NFL world championship or some such thing. It was late sixties I think.

I bet it was exciting to watch in person. I know my dh and our 2 sons would have loved to go when the Seahawks were in the SB. Enjoy the game!

It's a pretty simple recipe, @kate2357 , but a favorite nonetheless.
broccoli
cauliflower
a little onion
bacon
shredded cheese
dressing made from mayo, sour cream, and monk fruit
If you want measurements let me know. If you're ok with sugar, you can use that in place of the monk fruit

As an homage to my team who is playing in the game, we will be dining on cheesesteaks, Herrs chips, Tasty Kakes, and washing it down with some Yuenlings.

We have pretty similar ingredients, so I know your salad is tasty. 😀

So I HAD to Google Yuenlings because I never heard of it before. Sounds like a tasty adult beverage. Pretty sure one of the adult beverages on the menu will be the ale my dh will contribute. I will be the designated driver, so I will wait for another time to enjoy it in an ice cold glass.

@kate2357 Everything sounds delish. It will be just the two of us at home. We will have Reuben dip (need to make a small one!) and I might make a good salad, and maybe some of these pistachio shooters! And maybe 1-2 adult beverages. Your nephews party sound wonderful. Lots of great snacks! Enjoy, we’ve had plenty of Super Bowl parties in the past, we are in Steeler Nation here! Miss those years.

I remember those Steeler days. One of my favorites to hear speak was Terry Bradshaw. That man gives a rousing and very humorous speech. Was lucky to hear him 3 times at various events and he did not repeat his stories. He has led quite a life.
Your Reuben dips sound good. It's a sandwich I like to order when I have lunch away from home. I have made them myself, but for some reason, I like most grilled sandwiches at a restaurant more than my own version.
