STUFFED PEPPERS w/ SAUSAGE & GRITS

Saw the post  elsewhere here about wanting recipes for stuffed peppers and recently came across this one, which I am anxious to try, if I can get DH to appreciate any type of stuffed pepper.  He likes sausage and likes grits, so this looks like a winner.

Looks delicious but not for me.  I grew up eating grits all year round.  So I eat them the traditional (southern) way(s).

Besides, from the video it looks like too much work!  That's a turnoff for me.

Made this last night....DH loved them....I can't say being vegan I didn't taste them but they smelled good....DW
