This recipe came from out local co-op. I was curious so gave it a try this week end. It is very good.

1/3 cup unpopped popcorn
2 T honey
1 T sugar
2 T peanut butter
1-2 t Sriracha
1 t salt
1/2 t granulated garlic
roasted peanuts - optional

Pop popcorn and put in large bowl.

Bring honey and sugar to a simmer in a small pot. Cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and mix in peanut butter, Sriracha, salt and garlic. Pour over popcorn and mix gently with a wooden spoon until evenly coated. Stir in peanuts if using.

Let cool 10 minutes before serving.

I was worried this would be sticky and messy. It is not if mix it long enough.

Thanks. Now I'm thinking about the sriracha commercial.

Thanks for the recipe, DiAnne! Sounds perfect for my next movie night, and a nice change from my usual Skinny Pop popcorn.
