I was looking for something to serve with an Asian themed dinner and found this in a pile of recipes to try.  Worked great and it is a little different.

1/2 sliced cantaloupe
1/2 sliced honeydew
1 T brown sugar
1 T vegetable oil
1/2 T fish sauce
1 t Sriracha
Zest and juice of one lime

Chopped peanuts, cilantro and mint to garnish

Whisk sugar, oil, fish sauce, Sriracha, zest and juice of lime together.  Drizzle over melon.  Top with peanuts, cilantro and mint.

Note:  I had a very large lime so if the limes you find are small you might want to use two.

It is very pretty with slices of melon on a small platter.  Hope you enjoy it.

PS:  It is not very spicy!
