SARDINE SPREAD

This may sound a little strange but I was at a going away party last week where everyone brought an appetizer to share. One of the guests brought this spread and it was delicious.

2 cans sardines
1 t black pepper
1 t cayenne pepper
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1 garlic clove, minced
2 dashes hot sauce
1 T mayonnaise

Mash sardines up finely. Mix all the ingredients in with the sardines. Serve with crackers.
