1 fresh salmon fillet per person

sesame-ginger teriyaki sauce

butter

bag frozen veggies with baby corn & potatoes in it

sliced portobello mushrooms

cooked rice

aluminum foil squares sized to hold ingredients

Puts foil squares on a baking sheet with sides

Put a pat of butter on each square

Put a fillet on top of butter

Fold foil so sides stand up

Pour about 1/2 to 3/4C sauce into pocket

Divide veggies then mushrooms over top

Fold foil to form a closed pocket but leave small opening

so steam can escape.

BAKE: 350* X 40 to 45 minutes.

Let each person open their own pocket-being careful of steam*

Serve rice on side of plate to absorb sauce.

I usually make 4 pockets.
