I might have thought so at one time, but thighs are juicy on their own, plus lots of basting juices with that long cooking time is what makes them fall off the bone tender and flavorful imo.

Love chicken thigh and this is an easy to follow recipe.  Also, I have all the ingredients. I would do 6 also.

@maisiebrook   thanks. This looks delicious and simple. I will cook 12, keep four out for now and freeze two bags of four. Probably will pull one out in a month or so and the other one when it's warm outside and I don't want to cook.
