 I like to roast my Brussels sprouts with garlic and olive oil. I use King Arthur's parchment paper. It's safe up to 450°. Plus, oil doesn't soak thru.

Greyt tip. I was trying to figure out how to roast veggies with little or no oil.

Without oil, the veggies will cook but not be brown and/or crisp.

 

I put my cut up veggies in a plastic with just a little oil and mush them around in the bag until they all get a bit of oil.
