Ok I'm reporting back. I added a bit of pesto sauce, not a lot, it tasted exactly like pasta, but much healthier! I highly recommend this product. It was 16 ounces for 2.99.

@1905salad I riced some cauliflower this week in the Cuisinart. I pulse cut up florets to make sure they don't get mushy. It's pretty fast to make and cheaper than buying it already riced. I then sauteed it in a pan in a little olive oil, then added a little water, put the lid on the pan to steam it a bit, then took the lid off until the water was gone (about 15 minutes total). I made a curry with chicken and some veggies and a jarred Indian curry sauce and served it on top of the cauliflower rice. It was really yummy and healthy!

Costco and Sam's Club both have priced cauliflower.

I've repeated this tip before, but like to pass it on when the subject comes up .....  when cooking "smelly" vegetables plain, usually cabbage, cauliflower and broccoli, always throw in a couple celery sticks.

For some reason, the celery cuts the cooking smell by about 50% ....  I have no idea why, but I know from experience that it works.  Toss the celery after cooking and go from there.

Use instead of rice in a burrito bowl.  Lettuce, riced cauliflower, black beans, avocado, tomato, green onion and salsa.  You can add ground turkey if you like.
