I have added many of those things including bits of lettuce and a hard boiled egg to Ramon Noodles.  Sometimes those throw together of bits and pieces can make a creative and tasty meal.

All sounds so good.

 

I just have trouble making a good dressing for something like a rice or pasta salad.   My homemade dressings seem to fall flat.  Any suggestions on an easy (not to spicy) dressing to make with these ideas would be appreciated.

YUM! This sounds amazing! Thanks for sharing; though I'm not a big rice eater, I do enjoy riced cauliflower. I'm going to try your recipe with it. Thanks again!

Ken's Steak house has a great Greek Vinagrette and adding some little feta crumbles works well with it, too.
