2 27 oz cans sauerkraut

1 lb corned beef, thinly sliced

1 cup Thousand Island dressing

2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded

1 can refrigerated flaky biscuits

1 cup rye crackers, crushed

1/2 tsp. caraway seed

Drain the sauerkraut in strainer, reserving 3/4 cup liquid. Cut corned beef into bite sized pieces.Combine sauerkraut, dressing and cheese. Place in a 9x13 pan bake uncovered at 350 for 45 mins. Separate each biscuit into 3 rows. Top the casserole with with crushed crackers and caraway seeds, bake an additional 15 mins.
