This is the lovely dish I own and have never used!
Pampered Chef deep cranberry covered baker.
We have a pork roast in the feeezer and does anybody have a recipe they love for pork roast?

I don't use a recipe to make a pork roast. I just bury garlic cloves into the meat, salt and pepper it and put it into a roasting pan with carrots, onions and celery and potatoes.You have to add some water to the pan. Cook with the lid on. Remove the lid for the last 15 minutes of cooking so the veggies will brown.
When it is done..use a meat thermometer to be sure., take it out and enjoy a complete dinner. You can make a gravy from the drippings if you wish.
Or you could put it in the oven with a bag or two of sauerkraut, do not add extra salt, and let it roast with the lid on for a wonderful pork and sauerkraut dinner...serve with mashed potatoes.

@LTT1 Always buy a center cut pork roast with the bone in and ask for extra tenderloin. I learned this because of my ethnic background. Salt & pepper meat, caraway seed on top gives a nice flavor and add a little water and cook at a lower heat 325 for a longer period of time so the meat falls off the bone. Enjoy.
