Request for Apricot-Pineapple Preserves/Jam Recipe?

Hello - This is my Mother's VERY favorite, and I'd like to make some for her, if not now, in the future when apricots are in season.

Mom used to buy the large jars for years, and it was so yummy...but, she can't find the same quality in the stores these days. What we find today doesn't have enough pineapple in it.

So, she does cook the it down and add more pineapple...and re-jar it.

Thanks to anyone who can help!

I see recipes online, but I'd appreciate recipes that are from someone who has "tried/true" ones! Smiley Happy
