Removing "Recipe Pages" in yr Cookbooks??

Have u ever removed pages of Recipes in yr Cookbooks?

What do u do w/ those Cookbooks, after u remove their Recipe pgs?

If u throw the Cookbooks away, do u feel wholly "okay" with that? TIA

no, i never remove recipe pages in my cookbooks.

if i want to give a copy of the recipe i can make a copy on my printer OR take a picture and then keep it as a file.

i have never thrown away a cookbook, i have given some of them to charities, given some to friends, put some into "little libraries", or bookstores who accept used books

i would never throw away any book.

Yes I did and then I put in binder with sheet protectors by category.

I donated so many cookbooks over the years.  I've even thrown them away if they're really in bad shape.  Now not many places are accepting them☹️ even 2nd hand book stores.

I haven't done this in years once I could locate any recipe on internet.

I still have my mothers 1950s Betty Crocker cookbook with her handwritten recipes and notes on the pages. It's worn & tattered but I'll never part with it🥰

I have torn recipes out of magazines and newspapers, but never cookbooks.

I've cut out pages from recipe books and then threw out the books. It's something I did when I wanted to downsize and all my recipe books needed to fit in one spot (about three feet wide). Then I made my own binder.

I have too many cookbooks ..mostly lifestyle or plant based and a few ethnic (I just accommodate the recipes to our diet).  I have donated several books when I weeded my collection realizing that I only used a couple of recipes.

I created a categorized binder with plastic inserts for the recipes printed out from the interact and pages from donated books or magazines.. I rarely use recipes when I cook but I like to read for inspiration and ideas that support our healthy lifestyle.

I have many cook books and I have never removed a page.

Several yeas ago, my stepmother was here to eat and I had made a recipe which I showed her in a cookbook. She loved the dish.

The next time I needed the recipe, it was gone!  I don't take books apart!

Never have I removed a page from a book.  If I like the recipe I will copy it.  I don't even "dog ear" pages.  Especially not on books or magazines that do not belong to me.
