Red Potato Salad

1-ounce pkg. Hidden Valley The original Ranch Dressing Mix

1 cup real Mayo - 1 cup sour cream, Mix dressing ingredients together, and chill for a few hours.

5 lb. bag Red potatoes, cut in half boil until tender, don't overcook.

Let potatoes cool completely. 1/2 lb. bacon sliced in pieces, and fried crisp, cool on paper towels. (now you can use more Bacon if you like) Recipe is very forgiving... Slice Green topped onions as many as you like. Shredded Colby-Jack cheese.

Just mix the salad together with the dressing and chill several hours or overnite. ** Small Red Potatoes**
