We just got back from a cruise and I had the most wonderful dish called Roasted Vegetables with chimichurri sauce. 

I normally purchase my specialty spices from Rockerbox Spices, The Spice House or Penzy's.  Can't find Chimichurri spice blend at any of these places. 

Can somebody recommend a good vendor? Thanks so much!

I'm not sure it's spices you need.  I found this recipe, and that's what I think of, which has very common things you can get at most stores:

• ½ onion, coarsely chopped
• 5 cloves garlic
• 1 teaspoon coarse salt
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
• 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
• ½ cup extra-virgin olive oil

Easy to make ....several recipes on You Tube ....the ingredients listed above are common for this sauce.  Also, if interested there is Al frugoni's Chimi Churri seasoning, but very easy to make your own fresh sauce.

I hate making my own blends....lazy cook. 

Did find a few vendors on google search but wasn't sure of the quality of the spices.
