My son is allergic to peanuts, so I give him Sunbutter instead.

We are going to a block party today, so I made Chex Muddy Buddies using the Sunbutter in place of peanut butter. It is the first time I used Sunbutter in a recipe, and it came out pretty good!

Sunbutter has a little bit of a different consistency than peanut butter, so using it in baking recipes may be tricky.

I was wondering if anyone has other recipes using Sunbutter that they have made and liked. I could look some up online, but I'd rather hear what you all have to share. THANKS!
