Recipe for making your own corned beef

Just ordered a Polish Fermenting Crock with with weights.  If any of you have a great recipe for corning beef I'd appreciate you sharing.  I want to use beef round since it's so much leaner than brisket.  Thanks in advance.

I have a brisket in the freezer I want to are into a corned beef brisket.  Hope you get some replies
