My mom use to make a lemon pie she put in a graham cracker crust and kept in the fridge. I know it was very very easy to make and didn't use many ingredients. It was a light fluffy pie, not a solid heavy one. I am fairly sure it didn't have cream cheese in since DH doesn't like cream cheese but I won't say for sure, just don't think so?

We are having 90 plus degree weather and DH said he could really go for a piece of that. I am trying not to heat the house up so take my nesco or slow cooker out on the patio for our midnight meal which is when he comes home from work but eat in the house, too hot to sit out and eat so we eat in front of the TV and watch the things we both like on TV that I recorded earlier.

So, anyone have or remember this pie? I know it is very old, thanks
