Here is one dip, and you can use sour cream instead of mayo..........AND.......then, I am going to post a link to a previous dip thread that was really fun to do and read, and has the best dip recipes EVER............{#emotions_dlg.w00t} I do wish we had a lot of people from this thread still posting........but, alas, they no longer post here, and contribute what they used to......Oh how I miss them.........AND BIG KITTY, I do miss our face off's.........Kiss The wolf still lurkes......I do so hope you see this.........{#emotions_dlg.sneaky}

GRILLED CORN DIP

what you need

4 ears corn on the cob, husks and silk removed (USE CAN OF WHOLE CORN)

1/4 cup Mayonnaise (USE SOUR CREAM)

2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan Cheese

1 green onion, chopped

4 tsp. lime juice

1/2 tsp. ground red pepper (cayenne)

make it

HEAT grill to medium heat.

GRILL corn 15 min. or until tender, turning occasionally. Cool completely.

CUT kernels from corn. Mix remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Stir in corn.
